Greg Clark is vice-president of external affairs for AT&T Michigan.  Greg, who has worked at AT&T in various positions for 26 years, began serving AT&T in this position in May 2007.

 

As vice-president of external affairs, Greg is responsible for working to maintain AT&T’s presence in the communities the company serves by working with state and locally elected officials on issues of mutual interest.

 

Prior to taking his new position, Greg served as General Manager - Network Planning and Engineering for Michigan and Ohio. Additionally, Greg has served as General Manager of AT&T’s Hi-Capacity Data Services organization, which provisions and maintains high speed data circuits for business customers. And prior to that, he was Director of AT&T’s Network Operations Center, which provided round-the-clock monitoring and restoration of AT&T’s backbone networks in Ohio and Michigan.

 

Clark earned a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan in Computer and Communications Science, and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance, with distinction, from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration. In addition, Clark serves on the boards of the Troy Chamber of Commerce, the American Arab Chamber of Commerce, the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition, the Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS), the Detroit Urban League and the Council of Asia-Pacific Americans Advisory Board. Previously, he served on the board of Operation Able of Michigan (which recently merged with Spectrum Human Services), including two terms as Board Chair and two terms as Board Vice-Chair. He has also served the United Way of Southeastern Michigan as a member of the Asset Allocations Committee.
