Marvin Al-Khafaji

Marvin Al-Khafaji is currently the President of Allegiance Home Health Care, Inc. AND Integrated Staffing Solutions in Troy, Michigan.  He established the community home health agency in 2002 with gross revenues exceeding 4 million dollars during the company’s first year.  He also implemented a state of the art Telehealth Home Monitoring Program for cardiac patients.  He believes in using technology to give physicians and clinicians tools for better decision-making that will benefit patients and improve their overall outcomes.

Mr. Al-Khafaji’s expertise as a Senior Network Engineer/Security Expert for US and European operations  for such companies as Analyst /Microsoft/Jurist Systems Group from 1995 to 2002 has enabled him to excel in merging technological advances with clinical best practices and bringing them to the forefront of the home care industry.  He believes in recruiting and developing the most accomplished and competent employees, and developing them to their fullest potential.  Mr. Al-Khafaji’s professional affiliations include positions in the Board of Directors for various organizations such as:  Arab American Nurses’ Association; ZIAD, AICC, SME, Circle of Life Health Care Center; Comprehensive Geriatric Services,
