Contracting 101 teaches businesses how to register as a State of Michigan Vendor, how to research current contracts and bid opportunities and outlines the bid process.

Elements of a Quality  Proposal reviews the bid process in more detail, including the types of bids, details for each step of the bid process, the States approach to evaluating bids and the expectations of State bid proposals.
