The goal of the Small Business Development Committee is to build public awareness and promote the value and importance of small business through a number of activities and programs. The committee provides forums and activities that create a networking environment for a diverse business community. This mission is accomplished through education programs, new business outreach platforms, and expansion of member participation and involvement that assists in leveraging the benefits of your membership by:

Small Business Bottom Line series aimed at providing members with best business practices, innovations and “how to” sessions providing latest information, training and expertise – tap Chamber membership to provide this instruction.

Provide members with cost effective means to get their corporate information out to potential customers through the Chamber’s web site and marketing resources and networking opportunities.

Provide small business recognition and business development through relationships and networking opportunities.

Conduct events with various industry sectors and other chamber committees for maximum business development opportunities for members.
