Terms & Conditions of the American Arab Chamber of Commerce for Purchases
Please review all information before making a purchase online or in person or by mail with the American Arab Chamber of Commerce.
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, check and money orders. All payments processed in USD currency and rates exclusively.
Please be sure you have read the cancellation, refund and return policies listed before you make your purchase(s) with your credit card.
By making a purchase you have read and agreed to the American Arab Chamber of Commerce policies and conditions as stated, and you will be held to these and not hold the American Arab Chamber of Commerce or staff liable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via credit card or check. There are no cash refunds. Credit card transactions will be credited to the original card used, refund checks will be mailed for cash or check transactions. Allow 2 to 4 weeks to process.
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce does not provide refunds on memberships.
Cancellation of membership renewal (only) must be written and sent into the Chamber by membership due date on invoice, or by the anniversary of membership date (whichever is applicable). Written cancellation of membership must include company name, membership number, person’s name submitting and reason for cancellation of membership.
Full refund of payment will be made if registrant notifies the American Arab Chamber of cancellation two weeks (minimum 10 business days) prior to the event.
If the registrant cancels less than two weeks (minimum 10 business days) prior to the event, the payment is nonrefundable due to Chamber obligations to vendors.
If an event is canceled by the American Arab Chamber of Commerce, those who have registered and paid will receive a full refund. The American Arab Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify, withdraw or make substitutions for any announced events.
Certificates of Origin
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce provides NO refunds on Certificates of Origin. Information contained on Certificates of Origin is the responsibility of the exporter and not Chamber staff.
